My husband had melanoma 10 years ago and is very concerned about the sun. He needed a hat that would fully shade his face, ears and neck, in addition to covering his hair challenged head. With this large brim,the Dorfman Pacific Outback hat did the trick. My only disappointment was that it was mashed in the shipping and I had to steam it into shape. This hat is just great! Feel as your own skin, very light & durable. I always put my hats in a bowl with water to get properly fit and to make my own style in the broders. May be the people of Tilley wants to look this hat!!

Today, June 26th. I used this hat to cut the grass in my yard (back anb front), from 9:00am to 2:00pm under a really Panama hot sun, I was totally cool, fresh and no sweat at all. This hat is really great! -- Dorfman

I like this hat a lot. It keeps the sun off my balding dome, and keeps the same dry when it rains. I take it with me whenever I am going to be spending time outdoors. -- Not a Hat Man
